Appointment Booking

Appointments for Natural Roots Holistic Healing may be scheduled online, by phone, or through direct communication. Some services may require an initial consultation before booking to ensure the service is appropriate for your individual wellness goals and needs.

Appointments are reserved specifically for each client to allow for a personalized experience and dedicated time.

Consultation Requirement

Certain services, including peptide-related wellness support, may require a consultation prior to beginning services. Recommendations and wellness plans are individualized and based on each client’s goals, lifestyle, and overall wellness considerations.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit when applicable.

No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may be charged a no-show fee and may be required to prepay for future appointments.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late to your appointment, your session time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Significant delays may require rescheduling.

Deposits & Payments

Certain services or consultation bookings may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your appointment time. Deposits will be applied toward your scheduled service unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
